Jeff’s music career began with the NC-based act Weekend Excursion in 1994, and he continued to tour and record with the band full time until 2004. During that time, WE independently sold over 30,000 records, toured the east coast, Korea, Japan, and the Middle East, and had several songs licensed for various cable and major network television shows.
Jeff has worked with several artists including Dave Stewart (The Eurythmics), Kara Dioguardi and BC Jean (hit songwriters), Bruce Greenwood, Theo James, Michael Johns (American Idol), Lindsay Lohan, Bonnie Somerville (Garden State Soundtrack) and has performed on The American Music Awards, The Ellen Degeneres Show, The Today Show, TRL, and Access Hollywood.
Now part of the composer/ producer team The Ontic, Jeff has co-scored documentaries for HBO and ESPN, and tv series on NBC, USA and History Channel. Highlights include the critically acclaimed documentary "Jiro Dreams Of Sushi" and the theme song for The Alliance of American Football on CBS.
